Introduction

uPVC Pipes specially designed for various application such as Water Supply System, Drainage, Sanitary, Ventilation System as well as non- pressure application.

Water supply systems

Non - toxic uPVC Pipes will not effect the taste, odour or smell of drinking water. It does not corrode and is therefore extremely sanitary. Deposit and scale do not build up as in conventional pipes.

Drainage, Waste, Sanitary and Ventilation System

Waste line for corrosive gases, ventilation for office buildings and factories. Drainage system for private homes and highways.

Specification And classification

Plain Ended uPVC Pipes

The Plain Ended Pipes is specially manufactured for cold water services, general application, soil , waste, vent (swv) applications. It has manufactured accordance to various standard : -

BS3505: 1975	Class B,C,D,E AND 7 ( for cold water service ) size range from 15mm to 300m ( in gray colour)
BS3506: 1975	Class O ( for industrial and non - pressure application) size range from 15mm to 300mm ( in grey colour)
BS5255:1975	This standard are manufactured in small diameter size available is 32mm, 40mm and 50mm and intended to convey domestic effluents at a higher temperature. Usually applicable for wash basin, bath tubes and kitchen sinks ( in white colour ).
BS4514:1975	This standard installed above ground drainage. Size available is 82mm , 110mm , 160mm and are usually applicable for bathroom, floor outlets and sanitary fittings in (white colour) .
BS4660:1975	This standard are installed underground sewerage. Size available is 110mm and 160mm and its complementary to BS5255 and BS4514 ( in brown colour ).

Bell Ended Pipes

These Pipes is comply to following standard :-

Pipe - To BS3505 ( Unplascitised PVC Pipes for cold water
services.

Bell end - To BS4346 Part 2 Joints and fittings for use with
unplasticised PVC Pressure Pipes.

Rubber Ring Seal        -    The bell- end sockets ( one sockets end for each pipe )
                                         are supplied with rubber ring seals and this rings is
                                         comply to BS2494.
