Introduction

This check valve is manufactured to few pattern such as Cast iron and brass swing check valve , Cast iron single and twin door wafer check valve . The function of this valve is self acting to prevent the back flow of the fluids in the event that there is the low pressure in the pipe .   It can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit the piping system, it used to be connect with the gate valve.

Cast iron swing check valve

This check valve is manufactured in accordance to BS 4090 Cast iron body , double flanged ended drilled to BS 10 table E or upon request. Available sizes  from DN 80mm to DN 400mm.

Brass swing check valves

This valves is design to class 125 Ibs, brass body with BSPT female screwed ended, available sizes from DN 15mm to DN 100mm.

Wafer check valves

 1) Single door wafer check valve

This valves is manufactured in accordance to BS 5153 class100, cast iron body with single door swing operated by a torsion spring. Sizes available from DN 50mm to DN 300mm.

 2) Twin door wafer check valve

This valve is specially manufactured by twin door operated with the legs of  torsion spring, wafer type cast to cast iron body, it can be installed with hinge pin in the vertical position for horizontal flow applications. available sizes from DN 50mm to DN 300mm.
